Pricing and payment
What it costs, how you pay, and what happens at renewal.
How much does a website cost?
- Packages run from £24.99 to £149.99 a month.
- The price covers design, build, hosting and support.
- There is no separate build fee.
Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee, ever.
- Your first payment is your only upfront cost.
- Your domain is included free.
Are there any hidden charges?
- No. The price you see is the price you pay.
- No setup fee, no build fee, and the domain is included.
- Hosting, SSL, backups and content changes are all in the monthly price.
- The only thing that ever costs extra is work outside your package — a full redesign or a new feature — and we quote that before anyone starts.
What does "two months free" mean?
- Pay for the year up front and you pay for ten months, not twelve.
- Starter is £249.90 instead of £299.88 — a saving of £49.98.
- Unlimited is £1,499.90 instead of £1,799.88 — a saving of £299.98.
Which is better, monthly or annual?
- Annual is cheaper — two months free.
- Monthly spreads the cost and suits a brand new business.
- You are on the same 12-month commitment either way.
How do I pay?
- Card, through Stripe.
- Monthly plans bill on the same date each month.
- Annual plans bill once a year.
When is the first payment taken?
- When you check out.
- Work starts once that payment clears.
What happens if a payment fails?
- Stripe retries automatically over a few days.
- We will get in touch before anything is suspended.
Will the price go up?
- Your price is fixed for your 12-month term.
- Any change after that is told to you in advance.
Can I change package later?
- Move up at any time and the new price starts from the next bill.
- Move down at the end of your term.
