What happens from the first call to going live.
How long does it take?
- Seven days from the first call, in the normal course of things.
- The main hold-up is usually waiting on photos or approval.
What happens on the first call?
- Fifteen minutes.
- What you do, where you do it, and who you want ringing you.
- That is everything we need to start.
Do I have to write anything?
- No. We write it.
- You read it and either say yes or tell us what to change.
Where do the photos come from?
- Your own photos are always best.
- If you have none, we use good stock images to start with.
Do I get to see it before it goes live?
- Yes — a preview link before anything is published.
How many changes can I ask for?
- As many as it takes to get it right.
What do you need from me?
- Your business name, what you do and where.
- A phone number and email for enquiries.
- Photos and a logo if you have them.
I do not have a logo. Is that a problem?
- No. We will set your name in type properly.
- A clear name beats a rushed logo.
Can I see examples first?
- Ask on the call and we will show you work relevant to your trade.
What if I do not like it?
- Tell us what is wrong and we will change it.
- We would rather redo a design than have you unhappy with it.
Still not sure?
Fifteen minutes on the phone and you will know exactly what you need.
