Payment terms

How and when you pay FTV London Ltd, trading as BizPad ("we", "us", "our").

1. PRICES
Prices are shown on our pricing page. The price shown is the price you pay —
nothing is added at checkout.

2. HOW YOU PAY
Payments are taken by card through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see
or store your card details. By paying you also accept Stripe's own terms.

3. MONTHLY PLANS
The first payment is taken when you order. Payments then recur on the same date
each month for the 12-month minimum term, and monthly after that until cancelled
with 30 days' notice.

4. ANNUAL PLANS
Annual plans are paid once, up front, and cover 12 months. The annual price is
ten months' worth of the monthly price — the "two months free" offer. Annual
plans renew yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PAYMENT FAILS
Stripe will automatically retry a failed payment over several days. We will
contact you before taking any further step. If the account remains unpaid we may
suspend the website until it is brought up to date. Suspension does not cancel
the remaining payments due under the minimum term.

6. NO SETUP FEE
There is no separate build or setup fee. Your first payment is the only upfront
cost, and your domain registration is included.

7. REFUNDS
Because the work is carried out up front, payments made are not generally
refundable. If we have got something wrong, tell us — we would far rather fix it.
Any statutory rights you have as a consumer are unaffected.

8. CHANGING PACKAGE
You may move to a higher package at any time; the new price applies from your
next payment. Moving to a lower package takes effect at the end of your current
term.

9. PRICE CHANGES
Your price is fixed for your minimum term. We will give you at least 30 days'
notice of any change after that.

10. RECOVERING UNPAID SUMS
If sums remain unpaid we may recover them, including from anyone who accepted
these terms personally on behalf of an organisation, together with reasonable
costs of recovery.
