Terms and conditions

These terms govern the website packages supplied by FTV London Ltd, trading as BizPad ("we", "us", "our"). By ticking the
acceptance box at checkout you agree to them.

1. WHO WE ARE
FTV London Ltd, trading as BizPad ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office
is shown in the footer of this website.

2. WHAT WE PROVIDE
We design, build, host and maintain a website for your business, together with
business email addresses on your own domain, and — depending on the package you
choose — search engine optimisation, local SEO and AI search setup. What is
included in each package is set out on our pricing page at the time you order.

3. THE MINIMUM TERM
Your agreement runs for a minimum of 12 months from the date of your first
payment. This is because the site is designed, written and built at our cost
before you have paid more than a small part of the price. You cannot end the
agreement inside the minimum term, and the payments for the remainder of the
term remain due if you stop using the service.

After the minimum term the agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis. Either
of us may end it by giving 30 days' written notice.

4. SIGNING ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY
If you enter this agreement on behalf of a company, partnership or other
organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. You also agree,
personally and as a primary obligation, that the sums due under this agreement
will be paid. If the organisation does not pay, we may ask you to pay instead.

You should not tick the acceptance box unless you are willing to accept that
personal responsibility.

5. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We will need basic information about your business to build the site: what you
do, where you work, contact details, and any photographs or logos you want used.
You confirm that anything you supply is yours to use and does not infringe
anyone else's rights. Delays in supplying content or approving the site will
delay the launch date.

6. YOUR DOMAIN AND YOUR CONTENT
Your domain name is registered in your name and remains yours. The words and
images we produce for your site are licensed to you for use on that site for as
long as this agreement continues. If the agreement ends, your domain remains
yours and the hosted site is taken down.

7. WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE
We do not promise any particular position in search results, any particular
volume of enquiries, or that any AI assistant will recommend your business.
Nobody can honestly promise those things. What we do promise is that the work
described in your package will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

8. CHANGES AND SUPPORT
Content changes — prices, photographs, opening hours, wording — are included.
Substantial redesigns, new functionality or additional pages beyond your package
are chargeable and will be quoted before any work starts.

9. SUSPENSION
If a payment fails and remains unpaid after we have contacted you, we may
suspend the site until the account is brought up to date. Suspension does not
end the agreement or the payments due under it.

10. LIABILITY
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the
charges you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit,
loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.

11. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER
Some customers — sole traders and individuals in particular — may have statutory
rights as consumers that these terms cannot remove, including rights to cancel
within a short period after ordering. Nothing in these terms affects rights you
have by law. Ask us if you are unsure which applies to you.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of
England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout is the version
that applies to your minimum term.
