## Terms

- 12-month contract, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Pay for a year up front and get two months free (pay for 10, get 12).
- No setup fee and no hidden charges. The price shown is the price paid.
- The domain is registered in the customer's name and stays theirs.

### How much does a website cost?

- Packages run from £24.99 to £149.99 a month.
- The price covers design, build, hosting and support.
- There is no separate build fee.

### Is there a setup fee?

- No setup fee, ever.
- Your first payment is your only upfront cost.
- Your domain is included free.

### Are there any hidden charges?

- No. The price you see is the price you pay.
- No setup fee, no build fee, and the domain is included.
- Hosting, SSL, backups and content changes are all in the monthly price.
- The only thing that ever costs extra is work outside your package — a full redesign or a new feature — and we quote that before anyone starts.

### What does "two months free" mean?

- Pay for the year up front and you pay for ten months, not twelve.
- Starter is £249.90 instead of £299.88 — a saving of £49.98.
- Unlimited is £1,499.90 instead of £1,799.88 — a saving of £299.98.

### How long is the contract?

- 12 months.
- After that it continues month to month.
- Once you are past the 12 months you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

### What happens after 12 months?

- Nothing changes unless you want it to.
- The plan rolls on monthly at the same price.
- 30 days' notice ends it.

### Do I own my domain?

- Yes. It is registered in your name from day one.
- You keep it if you ever leave.

### What is included in every package?
